Press Accreditation

We warmly invite members of the media to attend the 2nd Forum of Local and Regional Authorities, which will take place from 7 to 8 December 2026 at the Nosalowy Dwór Hotel in Zakopane.

Two-stage registration process
Applications for accreditation are accepted exclusively online, and the verification process itself takes place in two stages.  
In the first stage, you must complete the application form:  
Go to the registration form – Stage I

Once your application has been successfully verified and approved by the Organiser, you will receive the second-stage registration form by email; completing this form finalises the entire process.  
Accreditation is granted to practising journalists, photojournalists and camera operators on the basis of the applications submitted.

Accommodation and logistics
Obtaining free press accreditation does not include hotel accommodation or catering. However, we warmly encourage you to take advantage of the paid accommodation offer that the Organiser has prepared for event participants, which will be available during Stage II of registration.
